My c# code: string numStr = Convert.ToString(numInt); numStr = numStr + "foo"; When I run this I get: 0.0foo instead of the expected: 0foo Which is totally fine and what I want. However when I turn it into a float it works fine. float numFloat = Convert.ToSingle(numInt); numFloat = numFloat + 0.4; Which gives: 0.4foo So the question is why is this not working when I cast the float into a string? A: Casting to a String and then to a Float is pointless because string is not a float so they simply cannot be combined without an intermediate conversion. The reason it works with a float is because that's a native data type and can be directly added and operated on. The value is represented as a Float, which is a value type and so it can be added in-place. The String type is a reference type and so a new instance is created, then the new value is assigned. A: I don't think that the operations that you are performing have anything to do with the issue. The issue is this one: string numStr = Convert.ToString(numInt); You are casting an int to a string. Since this is a reference type, the value of numInt is copied and the string is a reference to that copy. Therefore, when you do this: numStr = numStr + "foo"; You are adding a string reference to a string that is a reference to a string. This doesn't have anything to do with your float example. Since the float is a native value type, it can be assigned directly. Risk factors for acute myocardial infarction: a case-control study. A case-control study was conducted to identify risk factors

Screenshots Customer Reviews Lovely app by Robbero So far I have only used the drawing aspect of this app but it is very beautifully drawn and as such I would recommend this to people who enjoy this kind of thing as well as any artistic types. It's very easy to use and once you're used to the app you can make anything you wish with it. As a product design tool I can see it being used in a lot of ways, for different kinds of designs. Nice app by Yoruko Kawamata I'm enjoying this app very much! First of all, it's a great drawing tool, because it has a wonderful intuitive interface. It's very easy to draw spirals. Also, this app works really well with my iPad Air 2! The only problem with this app is that it doesn't have a direct connection with Photoshop and Sketchbook Pro. I really love the interface of Spirality, but if you use a lot of Photoshop or Sketchbook Pro, then it may be a little difficult for you to use this app without lots of trial and error. Since I just started using this app, I haven't yet used
